SR-4835 is a potent, highly selective and ATP competitive dual inhibitor of CDK12/CDK13 with Kd = 98 nM and 4.9 nM, respectively) (ref. 1). Exhibits potent cell-based and in vivo anti-triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) activity in synergy with DNA-damaging chemotherapy and PARP inhibitors (ref 1).
