Liability

All products, unless clearly otherwise indicated, are sold for research or manufacturing purposes only, not for human, veterinary and household use. The products under valid patent protection are offered for R&D activities only. These samples are to be served as references, and standards, as well as tools relevant to other scientific inquiries. It is buyer’s responsibility to comply with the rules and regulations of his/her country.

Delivery

All orders are shipped from Indianapolis, USA to a physical address of a corporation, university, research institute, and government institution. Most orders are shipped the same day the orders are placed. ChemieTek cannot guarantee the time of delivery outside the US due to differences in carrier services and possible customs delay.

Quote

Quote will only be provided through email to inquirer who has an email address from a corporation, university, research institute, and government institution.

Terms

Net 30 days. Accounts unpaid past 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 5% per month on the unpaid balance.
