GDC-4198 | Vustanaciclib

Vustanaciclib (GDC-4198) is a next-generation, oral, selective CDK4/2 inhibitor. It acts as a potent inhibitor of CDK4 while providing significant activity against CDK2. It shows nearly 20-fold selectivity over CDK6 and induces durable cell cycle arrest, overcoming CDK2-driven adaptation. GDC-4198 has sub-nanomolar potency against CDK4 and is a more potent inhibitor of CDK2 than CDK6/CycD3 (refs. 1, 2).
